Please reserve your space on our calendar. The rental period is the entire time you will be in the gallery, so please include time needed to set up and take down (typically 30 minutes for each).

Don’t settle for a boring hotel conference room or back room of a restaurant. Take your event to the stratosphere at Galactic Panther, an art gallery in the heart of historic Old Town, Alexandria.

What makes Galactic Panther unique?

Artistic ambiance:  Surrounded by ever-changing contemporary art, your event will feel fresh, creative, and inspiring — whether you’re celebrating, performing, or simply connecting.

Convenient location: A short walk or free trolley ride from the metro, Galactic Panther is ideally situated on King Street amid a lively atmosphere. Free parking is nearby.

Concierge service: You will have a staff member during your entire event for drink service, help setting up and taking down, and any other event needs.

Flexible space: We will arrange the gallery to suit your event’s needs, whether it is a standing event, or we have seating for 44 guests, and a variety of tables with black tablecloths.

Catering and beverage service: We will be happy to arrange catering and order whatever alcohol and drinks you may need for a modest service charge.

Sound and AV support: We have speakers, microphones, a mixing board, music streaming setup, stage lights and a projector. Our staff member will set up whatever equipment you may need to save you any worry or trouble.

We have hosted everything from company events to birthday parties, wedding receptions, photo shoots, pop-ups, art classes, live music, and more. Make your event a truly memorable one at Galactic Panther!

WE WILL CREATE A CUSTOMIZED PARTY PACKAGE FOR YOU!

For example:

  • 4 hours of fun in an amazing artistic space (including set up and take down)

  • Staff member providing concierge service throughout the event 

  • A six-foot table filled with charcuterie: a vast array of meats, cheeses, dips, veggies and more. Feeds 25+. Or many other catering options are available.

  • Beverage service: The drinks your party needs and a staffer to serve them  

  • AV support for any needs for microphones, playlists, DJs, band performances.

  • Colored lights to cast a fun mood
